First, create the email you want to add (see how here).

Open Outlook, then from the File menu, choose "Add Account".

Enter the email you want to add in the Email Address field as shown below, then click "Connect".

Choose the type of email you want to add, either IMAP or POP.

Enter your email settings in IMAP format as shown below, making sure to replace the domain with your own.

If you prefer to use POP instead of IMAP, the settings will be as shown below:

Click "Next" to enter the email password and complete the linking process.

Finally, the form below will appear, confirming the success of adding your email to Outlook. You can start using it to send and receive emails.
