How to Reboot Your VPS via the Client Area

The KVM Console gives you direct graphical access to your server, similar to sitting in front of it physically. This is especially useful when SSH access is lost, or when you need to interact directly with system settings, GRUB, or troubleshoot boot issues.
Prerequisite: The server must be in a Running state to access the KVM Console. If it is stopped, start it first from the dashboard.
How to Access the KVM Console
- Log in to the Client Area.
- Go to Services and select the relevant service.
- In the server dashboard, expand the Power & Access section.
- Click the KVM Console button.
- The console window will appear and begin loading the session automatically.
Available Controls
- Fullscreen: Click the Fullscreen button at the bottom of the window to expand the console to full screen. Press
Escto exit fullscreen mode. - Retry: If the console fails to load, click Retry to reconnect.
Important Notes
- Use the numeric keypad (Numpad) to enter numbers inside the console.
- The session expires automatically after a few minutes of inactivity.
- Closing the window ends the session immediately.
