Restarting Your Server via the Client Area

In some cases, you may need to restart your server directly from the Client Area, especially if you have lost access to the server or cannot log in to reboot it manually. The Client Area provides you with a safe and simple way to perform this action.

When should you restart your server?

  • If the system or internal services stop responding.
  • When you lose access to the server and cannot log in via SSH or Remote Desktop.
  • As a first troubleshooting step before opening a support ticket.

Steps to restart from the Client Area

  1. Go to the Client Area.
  2. From the menu, select Services.
  3. Click on the server you want to restart.
  4. Scroll down and click the Restart Server button.
Note: The restart process may take a few minutes until the server is back online. It is recommended to verify your settings after each restart to ensure service stability.

Additional Notes

You can always manage your server directly from the Client Area without needing to log in to the operating system. This feature saves you time and helps you quickly restore your service in case of issues.
