To add a custom email account to Microsoft Outlook, follow these steps:

Prerequisites

Step One: Open Add Account Wizard

1. Open Microsoft Outlook application
2. From the "File" menu, select "Add Account"

Step Two: Enter Email Address

3. Enter the complete email address you want to add
4. Click "Connect" to continue

Step Three: Choose Protocol Type

5. Select your preferred email type:

• IMAP: Best for accessing from multiple devices (keeps messages synchronized)
• POP3: Suitable for accessing from a single device only

Step Four: Configure IMAP Server

6. Enter IMAP server settings as shown below:

If you prefer using POP3 instead of IMAP:

Step Five: Enter Password

7. Click "Next"
8. Enter your email password
9. Click "Connect" to complete the setup

Step Six: Confirm Successful Setup

10. A confirmation message will appear showing successful account addition
11. You can now start using the email to send and receive messages
